It is mandatory for customers to contact the customer service team and notify them of their intention to cancel; alternatively, online cancellation may also be available. Please have your reservation number and all relevant information ready.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for a refund is subject to the airline or service provider’s cancellation policy. If your booking is eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back after deduction of any applicable fees or penalties. Refunds generally take 7 business days from the date we receive your cancellation request. However, the exact time for the amount to appear in your account will depend on the payment method and your bank.
